Our mission is to share tax and laws related information in a manner to help professionals throughout the world to be more productive and successful. Our services are designed to promote interaction between our members while enabling them to meet, exchange ideas, learn, share and make decisions with the help of network and relationship.

Contract
You enter into contract with us by clicking “Join Now”, “I Accept”, “Create My Account” “Sign Up” “login” or similar word used for registering, accessing or using our services. You are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract (even if you are using our Services on behalf of some other entity, person or company) with Taxcolors.com (also referred as “Taxcolors” or “We” or “Us” or “Company” hereinafter). If you wish to terminate this contract at any time you can do so by no longer accessing or using our Services. Further your use of our services is also subject to our  Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.

Services
This Contract applies to Taxcolors, Taxcolors branded apps and other Taxcolors related or promoted websites or applications, communications, applications and other services and this also includes offsite collection of data for those Services e.g. our ads and the Taxcolors plugins. Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”. This Contract applies to both Members and Visitors.

Changes
We may alter or modify this Contract and our Privacy Policy from time to time and information of any material changes will be provided to you through our Services or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of our Services, after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms, would mean that you are consenting to the updated terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account and/or no longer accessing or using our Services.

Service Eligibility
You are eligible to enter into this Contract when you are at least of our “Minimum Age.” To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you are of the “Minimum Age” (described below) or older; (2) you will only have one Taxcolors account which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by Taxcolors from using the Services. Creating an account with false information or on behalf of others or persons under minimum age is a violation of our terms.

“Minimum Age” means 18 years old or any older age as may be provided by law.

Your Account Protection

You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account  and (4) follow the law and our list of Dos and Don’ts or any other policy communicated. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless after you report misuse.

Payment

You’ll honor your payment obligations, wherever applicable. If you buy any of our paid or premium Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and comply with additional terms specific to such Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also you agree that we may store and continue billing your payment method even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use to pay other Services you may buy. All of your purchases of Services are subject to Taxcolors refund policy.

Notices and Messages
You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (a) within the Service, or (b) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address) through website, application, mail or any other medium, however you may review the same from settings. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

Sharing

Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information or contents in many ways such as your profile, articles, postings, queries, answers, blogs etc. Such information and content that you share or post may be seen or use by Taxcolors, other Members, Visitors or others (including off of the Services). You agree for seeing, copying or using such information or contents in any manner without any compensation. Taxcolors is not obligated to publish any information or content you share and can remove it in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Your License to Taxcolors
You own all of the information, personal data or contents you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it. You are granting Taxcolors and Affiliates the following non-exclusive license:

A worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process, information and content that you provide through our Services and the services of others, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. If content includes personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy and you agree that we may access, store, process and use any information and personal data that you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services to Taxcolors, you agree that Taxcolors may use and share such feedback for any purpose without any remuneration or compensation to you.

Service Availability
We may alter, change, suspend or permanently end any Service, or change and modify prices prospectively in our discretion with or without notice.

Taxcolors is not a storage device and you agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide.

Other Content, Sites and Apps
Others including members may publish information or contents and they may also offer their own products and services through our Services, and we aren’t responsible for those third-party activities including content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Taxcolors generally does not review content provided by our Members or others. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our Services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with content with others when we let others know about you or your organization. You are responsible for deciding if you want to access or use third-party apps or sites that link from our Services.

Limits
Taxcolors reserves the right to limit your use of the Services, including your ability to contact other Members. Taxcolors reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if Taxcolors believes that you may be in breach of this Contract or law or are misusing the Services in any manner

Intellectual Property Rights
Taxcolors reserves intellectual property rights in its Services and using the Services does not give you any ownership in our Services or the content or information made available through our Services. Trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. Taxcolors trademark, graphics and logos used for our Services are for use by Taxcolors.
